Energy
Medicine addresses every dimension of ones being; and uses
a holistic approach. The physical body is held by the human energy
field and therefore has a dynamic, fluid and ever changing relationship
to our thoughts, feelings and higher spiritual aspirations. The
healer assists clients to come into a deeper communication with
all levels of their being and the process of healing and disease
by being present as a witness, counselor and channel for healing
energy. Through a series of regular sessions the healer clears,
charges, balances and supports the human energy field to release
patterns of disease and find new ways of responding to the world.
The client is encouraged to look at all areas of their life and
to set up a healing plan with health care providers and family
members. The benefits of working with a healer are many. On the
physical level healing energies are introduced into the patients
field, which decrease pain and speed the healing process. Mental
and emotional confusion are cleared so that the patient may begin
to see how their experiences and beliefs have contributed to their
disease. Spiritually, patients find a sense of peace and renewed
connection with the Divine.
A
wide range of people benefit from energy medicine in the form of
the treatments described here. I work with individuals of all ages,
couples, families, children, groups and organizations. While many
of my clients work with me in Santa Fe, I also practice long distance
healing.
Barbara
Brennan:
The Human Energy Field is the manifestation of the universal energy that
is intimately involved with human life. It can be described as a luminous body
that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body, emits its own characteristic
radiation and is usually called the aura.
The auric field is a quantum leap deeper into our personality than is our physical
body. It is at this level of our being that our psychological processes take
place. The aura is the vehicle for all psychosomatic reactions.
The physical body arises out of the energy field, thus an imbalance or distortion
in this field will eventually cause a disease in the physical body that it
governs. Therefore, healing distortions in the field will bring about healing
in the physical body.
The human energy field is composed of an infinite number of levels. We focus
primarily on the seven lower levels in our Professional Brennan Healing Science
Program. Each level penetrates through the body and extends outward from the
skin. Each successive level is of a higher frequency or a higher
octave. Each extends out from the skin several inches farther than the
one within it of lower frequency. The odd-numbered levels are structured fields
of standing, scintillating light beams. The first, third, fifth, and seventh
levels of this field are structured in a specific form. The even-numbered levels-the
second, fourth, and sixthare filled with formless substance/energy.
Each
session is unique to the individual client, however, in most cases
one will feel the sensation of energy moving through the body.
With this comes a feeling of deep relaxation and letting go. Some
clients think that they are sleeping, but are really in an altered
state of consciousness. Time and space become one and the session
may seem to fly by as sometimes happens during meditation.
Feelings and memories that one has forgotten become known and integrated into
present time. Afterwards most everyone feels very relaxed, alert, clear minded
and peaceful.
Chi
Nei Tsang is Taoist abdominal massage designed to provide deep
healing by working directly on internal dysfunctions and energy
blocks. Literally meaning, organ chi transformations or changing
the energy in the viscera, Chi Nei Tsang promotes physical,
mental and emotional well being.
A holistic approach to massage therapy, Chi Nei Tsang originated in Taoist
monasteries to help monks detoxify, strengthen and refine their bodies in order
to carry the high energy required to perform the highest levels of spiritual
practices. Today Chi Nei Tsang is used as a holistic approach to self care
which addresses individuals in their entire practice complexity, integrating
physical, mental and emotional aspects.
Chi Nei Tsang works mainly on the abdomen, training the organs to work more
efficiently. It addresses all the vital systems of the body, digestive, respiratory,
lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, integumentary and muscular.
Chi Nei Tsang sessions include coaching in breathing, nutrition, visualization,
and self-manipulation, promoting the ethic of self-responsibility and breaking
the cycle of dependency in a practical manner.
Chi Nei Tsang detoxifies and relives the body of excess stagnation. It improves
elimination and stimulates the lymphatic and circulatory system. It strengthens
the immune system and resistance to diseases.
Chi Nei Tsang helps to restructure and strengthen the body by working on the
visceral structures and positioning of internal organs. This stimulates the
organs into working better and helps to correct postural problems resulting
from visceral imbalances. It releases deep seated tensions and restores vitality.
Chi
Nei Tsang allows the process of emotional life to unfold and
clarify. All of our non processed emotional life is stored
in our digestive system waiting to be addressed. Poor emotional
digestion is one of the main reasons for ill health.
